Candied Orange This is the same natural orange, dried (5.5–7 cm in size) and treated with sugars. It is processed using osmotic dehydration in glucose-fructose and sucrose syrup. The product is ready to use and requires no further preparation. Note: it is not intended as a snack. Ideal for use as decoration, as an inclusion in baked goods, or in chocolate bars.
