French Natural Vanilla Flavoring A high-quality alternative to natural vanilla. This product contains an extract of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla (the modern name of the island is Réunion). Aromatic profile: rich caramel notes. Liquid in form, brown in color. Suitable for use in both hot and cold applications with virtually no limitations, including ice cream, creams, mousses, sponge cakes, sauces, and chocolate preparations. The product is fully ready for use (shake well before use). Recommended dosage: 20 g per 1 kg of finished product.
