Aseptic coconut cream (20 kg) from Kara. This is a sterilized and homogenized creamy-white product made from natural coconut extract, pasteurized by UHT (Ultra High Temperature) and packaged aseptically. In the form of a dry powder that is diluted with water. The cream has a sweet natural coconut aroma, without foreign odors. Only selected coconuts, hand-picked on Sumatran plantations, are used for production. By carefully controlling the process of growing raw materials and its processing, Kara guarantees the aroma of fresh coconut fruits. Aseptic coconut cream is a high-fat vegetable product used as a healthy alternative to animal cream, added to drinks, pureed soups, sauces and desserts due to its creamy taste and texture. Fat content from 24% and above gives dishes richness. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Lactose and gluten free, so safe for people with sensitive digestion. Contains healthy fats, including MCT. In the form of a dry powder that is diluted with water. Use as a base for cream soups (e.g. pumpkin), curry, sauces; add to coffee, tea, cocoa, cocktails; for making creams, ice cream, vegan cakes; in dough for pies and muffins. Mix the dry powder with warm water (temperature above 35-40°C) in a ratio of approximately 1:3 (e.g. 50 g of cream per 150 ml of water) to obtain a liquid consistency.
