IBC Cocoa Butter Color (White). As it is an oil-based food coloring, it is very easy to use. It can be applied with a brush for decoration or sprayed. Add it to chocolate, ganache or cream to get an elegant white color, or to neutralize the yellowish tint of natural ingredients. Use a brush to create fine lines, highlights and details on candies. The dye is suitable for spraying through a spray gun to create a matte surface effect, or to prepare the base for the subsequent application of colored pigments.
