Cocoa butter-based dye (red) from IBC. The innovative Power Flowers coloring system consists of concentrated cocoa butter-based dyes, made in the form of 1g flower pieces, which are easily divided into 4 petals for ultra-precise dosing. Used for coloring chocolate, cocoa butter, dough, cream. Usage technology. Melt the dye in the microwave and add to the dough or cream mass. Mix thoroughly. Heat the chocolate or cocoa butter, add the dye petals (not melted), beat with a blender. Power Flowers can color not only chocolate. This is an almost ideal system for coloring any fat-based recipes. For example, cocoa butter, ice cream, mousses, marzipan, icing, sugar paste, sugar fondant, butter cream, dough and much more.
