IBC Flame Red Colored Cocoa Butter. Contains cocoa butter (90%), Allura Red AC (E129) and Tartrazine (E102), both azo dyes. Please note! May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. As it is an oil-based food coloring, it is very convenient to use. It can be mixed with melted chocolate or cream to color. Or apply to candy with a brush for decoration, or spray with a spray gun to create a flawless "velour" or gradient effect on cakes and desserts. Recommended for professional use.
