Transfer (stencil for chocolate) is a film with a printed pattern used to decorate confectionery products, desserts, and cakes. Suitable for decorating horizontal and three-dimensional surfaces. Technical recommendations for use. First, the transfer film is laid out on a stable surface and poured with melted, tempered chocolate (30-31.5°C). The mass is levelled, then cooled for about 60 minutes. The film is removed from the cooled chocolate, on which the pattern has already been imprinted. The plastic mass can be shaped into the desired forms, and then placed in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes for final stabilisation. Transfers are for single use only!
