Harmonious Coffee Extract Blend A balanced mix of hot- and cold-brewed liquid coffee extracts. The extract is brewed in either hot or cold water: hot brewing enhances overall flavor and aroma, while cold brewing reduces excessive bitterness. Made from 100% premium Arabica coffee beans, the product has a rich brown color. Aromatic profile: smooth, with notes of freshly roasted ground coffee and a very subtle lingering bitterness. Ideal for use in beverages, ice cream, pastry creams, Genoise sponge, mousses, cookies, and chocolate ganache. The product is fully ready to use (shake well before use). Recommended dosage: 20 g per 1 kg of finished product.
