Natural Liquid Coffee Extract Made from carefully selected Colombian Arabica beans, this natural liquid coffee extract offers a smooth taste with virtually no bitterness, paired with an intense, rich aroma featuring delicate herbal notes and a hint of freshly ground coffee. Suitable for use in a wide range of applications, both hot and cold, sweet and spiced. Perfectly complements ice cream, pastry and custard creams, Genoise sponge, mousses, cookies, chocolate ganache, and sauces. The product is fully ready to use (shake well before use). Recommended dosage: 20 g per 1 kg of finished product.
