Strawberry Fond by Dawn Foods Reddish flakes/powder with the characteristic flavor and aroma of strawberries. This dry blend is designed to stabilize both dairy and plant-based creams, enhancing them with refined taste and aroma, and is ideal for preparing Bavarian creams and other desserts. The fondant provides creams with the necessary structure, allowing them to maintain shape and volume after whipping. Thanks to the stabilizer, finished products are easy to slice. It is perfect for creating stable creams, cake layers, mousse desserts, and yogurt-based fillings. Products made with this fondant are freezer-stable: after thawing, they retain their shape and structure completely. Usage: Mix 200 g of the powder with 200 ml of water (20°C), then gradually fold in 1000 g of whipped cream (unsweetened). Whipped cream can be substituted with semi-skimmed milk if desired.
