Concentrated apple juice extract from Mak Foods. This product is a clear, deionised apple juice extract that guarantees a pure, sweet flavour and impeccable quality. Thanks to its properties, it does not affect the clarity or colour profile of the finished product. Its high concentration is evidenced by the fact that approximately 9.5 kg of fresh apples are required to produce 1 kg of extract. It is recommended for use in flavour bases, mousses and syrups at a dosage of 4–8%. For the production of jams, fruit juices and ice cream, the optimal concentration is 3–6%.
