Crunchy strawberry flakes from Diana Food (25 kg). Fine-fractional granules of garden strawberries, made by roller drying with the addition of sugar and corn starch. Due to its balanced composition, the product combines an intense taste and stable technological properties. The size of the granules up to 1.5 mm makes them ideal for uniform distribution in finished products. They have a rich dark red color, a pleasant crispy texture and a characteristic "candy" strawberry taste. They retain their structure well in confectionery, fillings, cookies and muesli.
