Lameri cereal crunch, made by extruding rice flour. Very small balls with a diameter of about 2 mm. Please note that they are not suitable for dragee centres and are more often used as a sprinkling on baked goods. They can also be used to create a crunchy layer in completely fat-based products, such as chocolate and fillings.
