Meringue drops with white chocolate coating from D'Orsogna. A light dessert decoration that is sure to impress. Sweet meringue made according to a traditional Belgian recipe. Supplied in the form of granules covered with chocolate. It has a pronounced sweetness and crunchy texture. White chocolate also adds a light milky flavour. Smooth matte surface with a milky white tint. Can be used as an inclusion in ice cream, mousses, chocolate products or as a decoration.
