Raspberry flakes from Diana Food. Produced using a roller-drying method with the addition of corn starch, sugar and sunflower lecithin (E322). They measure 4–5 mm, are dark burgundy in colour and have a raspberry flavour. They rehydrate in water and blend well in various applications: fruit purées, sauces, fillings, confectionery, biscuits and muesli (5–15%).
