Orange powder, Diana Food, 25 kg, RD01060003LM

Diana Food’s orange powder is produced by roller drying with the addition of sugar, corn starch and sunflower lecithin (E322). It has a fine particle size of less than 600 µm, a yellow-orange colour and the flavour of fresh orange juice. The powder dissolves instantly in water, making it suitable for a variety of food applications: in fruit purées, sauces, fillings, confectionery, biscuits and muesli (5–15%).
