Praline hazelnut 50% hazelnut, Callebaut, 5 kg, PRA-T14

This hazelnut praline, made with 50% medium-roast hazelnuts, represents the highest level of quality, thanks to a specialized nut processing technology that preserves their vibrant natural flavor. With subtle sweetness and bright caramel notes, it is a classic praline with the distinctive taste of roasted hazelnuts. Origin of ingredients: Italy, Spain, and Turkey. Ripe hazelnuts are carefully harvested and stored under optimal conditions, away from light, temperature fluctuations, and humidity. Nuts are shelled no later than 12 hours before roasting to retain essential oils and delicate fruity aromas. They are then medium-roasted, finely ground, and blended with sugar, resulting in a golden-colored praline. Flavor profile: The finished product exhibits pronounced fruity and roasted notes. Callebaut® praline can be blended with chocolate to create fillings for molded chocolates and bars, or used to flavor ice cream, pastry creams, Bavarian creams, mousses, and more. Thanks to its high hazelnut content and carefully controlled roasting, this praline can serve either as a standalone flavor accent or as a base ingredient for multi-component fillings. It pairs beautifully with milk and dark chocolate, caramel, coffee, and fruity notes, giving pastry chefs maximum creative freedom.
