Thermostable white chocolate Andina in drops, specially developed for use in muffin, yeast-raised, sponge, and shortcrust doughs. Thanks to its optimal particle size (8–9 pieces per gram), the chocolate ensures even distribution of flavor throughout the finished product, while the drop shape allows for easy and efficient incorporation into the dough. It is recommended to ensure that the dough temperature does not exceed 33 °C during mixing. This is exactly the ingredient that will give your cakes, cookies, buns, and other baked goods a truly regal appearance!
