Dark Baking Chocolate Drops from Callebaut (min. 48% cocoa). These medium-sized, thermo-stable chocolate drops (size M, 11,000 pcs/kg) are designed for baking at temperatures up to 200°C. They retain a delightful crunch and impart a rich, intense chocolate flavor to your baked goods. If you want to add a truly refined chocolate accent to small pastries and desserts such as cupcakes, muffins, or brownies, this product is the perfect choice. The drops are ideal for recipes with short to medium baking times, as they hold their shape without fully melting. Thanks to a unique formulation with reduced cocoa butter content, the drops withstand oven heat without burning. For flawless results, we recommend folding the drops in at the very end of mixing. This preserves the integrity of the batter and prevents it from being stained with chocolate.
