Diana Food’s tomato powder is a finely ground tomato paste powder produced using spray-drying technology. This technology allows for maximum preservation of the intense flavor and color of natural tomatoes. The powder contains silicon dioxide (E551), which stabilizes flowability and prevents caking. It has a reddish-yellow hue, dissolves well in water, and imparts a concentrated tomato flavor to dishes. It is recommended for use in the preparation of soups, sauces, and broths (1–3%), as well as in the production of certain types of baked goods, as a filling, and even as an additive to certain varieties of ice cream.
