Amarena Cherries in Syrup by Aptunion Produced from selected fruits using osmotic dehydration in a glucose–fructose syrup, followed by flavoring. The product is fully ready for use and requires no additional processing. Ideal as an ingredient for a wide range of applications: yogurts, cocktails, mousses, cakes, pies, and other desserts. In yogurts, it can be used as a side topping (separate add-in). When mixed directly into preparations, the product actively absorbs moisture, which should be considered in formulations. The cherries can also be incorporated into doughs, baked goods, and cookies after thorough chopping. Important! Due to the very high sugar content, this product IS NOT INTENDED AS A SNACK.
