Maltichoc cocoa powder substitute from Muntons (25 kg) Specially processed powdered malt extract designed to partially replace cocoa powder in food products. Using Maltichoc allows manufacturers to reduce the cost of their recipes while maintaining the characteristic dark colour and mild chocolate profile without excessive bitterness. The product is effectively used in the production of biscuits, caramel, glazes, fat fillings, sponge cakes, etc. Partial replacement of cocoa is recommended (usually from 10% to 50% depending on the type of product). The product is not intended for use in beverages, beer and kvass!
