Frozen calamansi purée with no added sugar from Capfruit. Vietnam's tropical climate is ideal for growing calamansi (a citrus hybrid of mandarin and kumquat), allowing this fruit to develop its full aromatic palette. This is where Capfruit sources its produce to offer its customers a puree rich in flavour. Thanks to rapid low-temperature shock treatment, the product retains its intact cell structure, natural aroma profile and the intense colour of ripe fruit. This technology not only preserves the taste, but also guarantees microbiological safety and protects the puree from oxidation. The product has a rich natural taste, contains no additives and is completely ready to use. Rich fruit and berry purees act as colourings and flavourings, adding colour and taste to finished products. They are a versatile base for a wide range of applications: exquisite desserts, mousse cakes, marmalade, fillings for baked goods, confit, ganache and pastries, sauces, sorbets, gelato and fruit ice cream, signature lemonades, refreshing smoothies, cocktails and warming berry teas, savoury dishes (marinades for meat and fish).
