Jelly Powder – Professional Use This jelly powder is a semi-finished product specially formulated for professional applications. When dissolved in hot water and cooled, it quickly forms a stable structure, making it ready for immediate use. For example, the resulting clear glaze is easy to cut and perfectly suited for finishing all types of fruit flans, tarts, and pastries, offering chefs broad creative possibilities. Application Instructions: Mix 50 g of powder with 300 g of sugar, then add approximately 1,000 ml of boiling water. Stir thoroughly and bring to a boil once more. Important: After preparation, the working temperature of the glaze (for application on desserts) should not exceed 80 °C.
