Ingredients
  • 100 ml — milk
  • 150 g — dark chocolateCallebaut

Preparation method:
• Gently heat 100 ml of milk over a water bath, without bringing it to a boil;
• Add 150 g of Callebaut dark chocolate callets, whisking continuously until fully melted and smooth;
• Pour the hot chocolate into a pre-warmed serving cup;
• Finish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and garnish with chocolate décor.
