Thermostable dark chocolate drops are specialized chocolate chips made from natural dark chocolate that can withstand baking temperatures up to 200–220 °C. They feature a bold chocolate flavor and a pleasant crunch. Thanks to their special recipe, the drops perfectly retain their original shape both on the surface and inside the finished products. The product is used for adding to baked goods (muffins, cookies, cakes) and breakfast cereals, and also serves as a decor for confectionery products and ice cream.
