On October 3, 2024, the business forum “Dairy Industry. Ice Cream” took place, serving as an important platform for sharing experiences among manufacturers, technology suppliers, and retailers. The event brought together over 80 companies from across Ukraine, representing various segments of the dairy industry, to discuss the latest trends, production technologies, and packaging solutions. In addition to plenary sessions, the forum featured exhibitions from dairy and ice cream producers, as well as displays of ingredients, equipment, and cheese tastings.
Best Way Foods, as a partner of the event, showcased a wide range of its products, including cultures and enzymes, which attracted significant interest from participants. Special attention was given to BDF products: functional enzymes (lactase, transglutaminase, rennet) and natural preservatives (natamycin, nisin). These solutions enhance the physicochemical properties of the final products and extend their shelf life. Additionally, solutions for the vegan industry were presented – plant-based alternatives to dairy products that deliver excellent taste and texture, including oat-based yogurt.
