On October 7, the “Chef University” studio in Kyiv will host the themed master class “Count Dracula’s Dinner” by pastry chef Ruslan Vycherov. Participants will work on creating Gothic desserts, combining striking presentation, unusual shapes, and modern pastry techniques.
The master class program includes five themed desserts:
“Vampire’s Heart” — ravioli made from fruit paste with a contrasting combination of sweet-and-sour fruits and a crunchy nut-and-chocolate texture.
“Ashen Muffin” — a black muffin with a velvety fruit pastry cream filling.
“Dracula’s Dream” — a molded dessert in the shape of a sleeping vampire with delicate vanilla mousse and vibrant confit inside.
“Dracula’s Delicacy” — rich pomegranate coulis served in an authentic medical pouch. The dessert is served with a straw as “blood” to complement the storyline of the “Dracula’s Dream” dessert.
“Desecrated Soul” — a molded dessert in the form of a spirit trying to break free from confinement. Inside are coffee mousse, chewy salted caramel, and textured chocolate streusel.
The master class will help participants prepare for the Halloween season and expand their display assortment with conceptual desserts capable of attracting guests’ attention through their unusual shapes and presentation.
