Chef University in Poltava: Masterclass “Fruit Delight”

On July 31, our Poltava studio hosted an offsite masterclass titled “Fruit Delight.” Chef-technologist Larysa Lavro and technologist Yuriy Savchuk prepared an exciting assortment for participants using premium ingredients from Best Way Foods.

 

Desserts by Chef-Technologist Larysa Lavro, a recognized expert in the world of desserts:

  • Mousse Cake “Ruby” — a dessert that impressed with its delicate texture and vibrant flavor.

  • Macarons “Coconut-Pineapple” and “Raspberry” — exotic aromas combined with refined sweetness.

  • Choux Pastry with Forest Berries — a true treat for berry lovers.

  • Tart “Exotic” — memorable for its original presentation and unforgettable taste.

Beverages by Technologist Yuriy Savchuk, showcasing creative flavor combinations:

  • Passion Fruit-Mandarin — a refreshing tropical mix with a lingering aftertaste.

  • Apricot-Basil — a surprising combination delivering a fresh berry-fruit flavor with a subtle cool spiciness.

  • Cocoa Juice — a European trend, offering a light, refreshing taste without chocolate notes.

  • Raspberry-Rosemary — a modern twist on the traditional flavor, combining sweet raspberry and aromatic rosemary.

  • Melon-Mango — a perfect harmony of fresh and tropical notes.

  • Lime Tonic — the classic pairing of lime with a hint of quinine bitterness.

  • Coconut-Blueberry — sweet coconut perfectly balanced with fruity blueberry.

  • Pistachio-Mango-Matcha — rich flavors with pronounced pistachio and mango notes, enhanced by the energizing effect of green coffee.

  • Iced Strawberry Tea — a refreshing, aromatic drink perfect for summer.

Our technologists demonstrated how a variety of Best Way Foods products — including Aptunion fruit inclusions, DiraFrost fruit purees, Campina and Debic dairy products, Cocoxim coconut products, and functional ingredients from Cookit — can transform an ordinary dessert or beverage into a true culinary masterpiece.
