Innovation in the World of Ice Cream: “Ice Cream and Sorbets Without a Freezer”

On June 19, our culinary studio hosted the masterclass “Ice Cream and Sorbets Without a Freezer” for ice cream and sorbet enthusiasts. The event brought together lovers of refined flavors and cutting-edge technologies from our partners kitchenaid.shop.ua and ninjakitchenua, offering a unique opportunity to create handcrafted frozen desserts without the need for expensive professional equipment.

The session was led by technologist Maria, who demonstrated that a wide variety of ice creams can be made using just natural ingredients and innovative ice cream appliances—opening up virtually limitless creative possibilities in the world of modern gastronomy.
