On February 28, a unique master class on creating ice cream desserts was held at Chef University Academy, led by technologists Maria Derkach and Larysa Lavro.
This duo of professionals revealed the secrets to achieving perfect ice cream textures, flavor combinations, and distinctive dessert presentation.
The master class program featured:
– Pistachio meringue roll with a raspberry heart
– Coconut meringue delight
– Macaron “Cherry Kiss”
– Apricot-alcohol symphony
– Ice cream cake “Tropical Sun”
Professional equipment from @forward_gastronomic and high-quality ingredients from Best Way Foods were used in the dessert preparation.
