On September 27, Chef University transformed into a true workshop of sweet masterpieces. Chocolatier Yevhenia Liubar hosted another masterclass dedicated to creating exquisite glazed dragees. The event brought together everyone eager not only to learn the art of confectionery but also to experience unforgettable flavors.
During the masterclass, participants learned how to make four types of original dragees:

Hazelnut with Coffee – an aromatic combination of crunchy hazelnuts, coffee, and milk glaze.

Cranberry-Yogurt – delicate cranberry cubes coated in white yogurt glaze.

Orange with Pepper – a vibrant mix of candied orange and spicy pepper covered in dark glaze.

Corn Balls with Salted Caramel – extruded corn treats combined with salted caramel and toffee glaze.


Masterclass Highlights
Every stage of the masterclass was a delight not only for the taste buds but also for the eyes. Participants had the opportunity to create their own confections and taste them on the spot, experiencing the full harmony of flavors. The high-quality ingredients used – Terravita, Santo Santaniello, Aptunion, Choco Flow, Kerry – ensured that each creation stood out for its excellence.
At the end, participants received certificates of participation, unique new recipes, and genuine inspiration for future culinary experiments.
