Tasty can be healthy! Brand Chef Ruslan Vycherov conducted a master class for pastry students at the Kyiv Professional College of Technology and Design.
The main goal was to teach future pastry chefs how to create modern, nutritious, and appealing desserts for children. After all, it is important to make confectionery products that not only delight with their taste but also support healthy development.


During the master class, participants prepared:

Milk chocolate mousse with almond paste, fresh fruits, and caramelized almonds

Chocolate dessert shaped like an ice cream on a stick, filled with raspberry-calamansi confit, and decorated with pistachios and freeze-dried raspberries
