On September 25, the Chef University team held an off-site masterclass in Dnipro, themed “Coconut Desserts & Hot Beverages,” attended by culinary enthusiasts and industry professionals. The event featured two renowned food technologists – Larysa Lavro and Yuriy Savchuk.
The masterclass was divided into two segments: coconut desserts and hot beverages, each showcasing unique techniques and original approaches to preparation.

During the preparation of desserts and drinks, ingredients from leading brands such as CocoXim, Terravita, Callebaut, Zusto, Cookit, Prova, Debic, Campina, Dira Frost, Cacao Barry, Santo Santaniello, and Aptunion were used. This ensured not only outstanding taste but also the highest standards of quality.
Every participant received a certificate of attendance and had the opportunity to taste all prepared desserts and beverages. The event opened new culinary horizons and inspired bold, creative experimentation.
