On April 4, Chef University hosted an intensive culinary masterclass on sorbet preparation using the @ninjakitchenua freezer and ice cream maker.
Pastry technologist Maria Derkach demonstrated the processes for making sorbets with different types of equipment suitable for any scale of ice cream production, even for small HoReCa establishments.
This masterclass was a perfect opportunity to prepare for the summer season and refresh menus with unconventional fruit flavor combinations.
