- Mille-feuille “Fusion Elegy” — crisp Gavotte biscuit paired with smooth vanilla cream
- Tartlet “Berry Haze” — a combination of velvety gianduja and tangy citrus curd
- Marmalade Art “Splash” — fruit marmalade in fine chocolate with artistic decoration
- Coffee Cheesecake “Haute Couture” — dessert combining blackcurrant and ginger
- Verrine “Tropical Breeze” — mango, calamansi, and coconut crumble in an elegant presentation
