The “Fruit Awakening” masterclass took place at Chef University

At the Chef University studio, a spring masterclass by brand chef Ruslan Vycherov took place, dedicated to creating modern desserts with fruity and berry accents. The event brought together pastry chefs aiming to improve their professional skills and refresh their seasonal assortment.

- Mille-feuille “Fusion Elegy” — crisp Gavotte biscuit paired with smooth vanilla cream

- Tartlet “Berry Haze” — a combination of velvety gianduja and tangy citrus curd

- Marmalade Art “Splash” — fruit marmalade in fine chocolate with artistic decoration

- Coffee Cheesecake “Haute Couture” — dessert combining blackcurrant and ginger

- Verrine “Tropical Breeze” — mango, calamansi, and coconut crumble in an elegant presentation
