At the U.COOK studio in Lviv, the season’s flagship sweet masterclass by pastry chef Larysa Lavro took place. The New Year Dessert Ball became a true celebration of creativity for professionals.
Throughout the day, participants worked on creating five unique, refined desserts, mastering modern techniques for working with mousses, fillings, and decorative elements, while also gaining valuable hands-on insights in a true “chef-to-chef” format.
