On August 20, following popular demand, our Chef University studio held a repeat masterclass: “Healthy Food Desserts.” Our brand chef Ruslan demonstrated how to create desserts without sugar, lactose, gluten, and even vegan treats.
The participants prepared:

- Prova vanilla
- Debic dairy products
- Cocoxim coconut products
- SantoSantaniello nut products
- Caramelizing sugar substitute Zusto
- Sugar-free chocolate (maltitol-based) from Barry Callebaut
- Fruit inclusions
