On September 12, Chef University Culinary Academy hosted a seminar for industrial partners dedicated to “Christmas Baking.” The event was led by Brand Chef Ruslan Vycherov and technologist Nadiia Ivanova, who presented a diverse and distinctive selection of baked goods created especially for the Christmas season.

The seminar focused on the quality of ingredients and products used in the recipes. Participants had the opportunity to explore the production processes in greater depth, taste the finished products, and discuss the potential application of these ingredients in their own manufacturing.

The seminar became an excellent platform for industrial partners to not only enjoy festive culinary creations but also discover new approaches to working with Christmas baked goods.
