Secrets of Perfect Puff Pastry at Anton Shtypa’s Master Class

On September 4, Chef University hosted the master class “Modern Puff Pastries” led by renowned brand pastry chef Anton Shtypa. The event attracted pastry enthusiasts who had an excellent opportunity not only to refine their skills but also to immerse themselves in the world of exquisite baked goods.

Anton began the master class by sharing the secrets of creating the perfect puff pastry and presented incredible recipes for croissants, Danish pastries, and plié. Special attention was given to the technique of open lamination, which gives the dough its unique texture.

Among the key ingredients were high-quality products from Best Way Foods:

An important aspect of the event was the active engagement with participants. Anton maintained constant interaction with the audience, commenting on each stage of preparation and answering questions. Special attention was given to the quality of the ingredients and their unique properties, while sharing his professional experience and insights into the realities of pastry art in Ukraine.

 

The highlight of the master class was preparing Plié with multiple fillings, which provided a fitting conclusion to this pastry experience. Participants left with new recipes, certificates of participation, and, of course, the opportunity to enjoy the prepared treats!
