On September 4, Chef University hosted the master class “Modern Puff Pastries” led by renowned brand pastry chef Anton Shtypa. The event attracted pastry enthusiasts who had an excellent opportunity not only to refine their skills but also to immerse themselves in the world of exquisite baked goods.
Anton began the master class by sharing the secrets of creating the perfect puff pastry and presented incredible recipes for croissants, Danish pastries, and plié. Special attention was given to the technique of open lamination, which gives the dough its unique texture.
