True to this motto, the Best Way Foods team once again brought together experts from the brewing and non-alcoholic beverage industries at a seminar held in the Chef University culinary space.
As always, professionals had the opportunity to exchange experiences, share ideas, and connect in a friendly, collaborative atmosphere.
The lead beverage technologist, Yuriy Savchuk, shared the main industry trends, presented ingredients from the legendary British brand Muntons, and provided a detailed overview of their applications. The event concluded with a tasting of exclusive alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, several varieties of which were personally crafted by Yuriy Savchuk using these ingredients.
