On June 26, Chef University became a special hub for all culinary enthusiasts, hosting an exciting masterclass on Pan-Asian cuisine. The passionate and talented chef Dmytro Marynenko from the restaurant Frou Frou gathered true food lovers to explore the secrets and savor the extraordinary flavors of East Asian dishes.
The masterclass began with an introduction to key ingredients and cooking techniques. A highlight of the session was the use of Cocoxim coconut products, which added a unique depth and character to every dish. From cream to milk, each Cocoxim product enriched the dishes with the authentic, rich taste typical of Asian cuisine.
