We are delighted to introduce the new brand chef of Chef University Culinary Studio – Ruslan Vychyrov! A true master of his craft, he brings over 30 years of experience in pastry arts and an impressive list of accomplishments.

Ruslan Vychyrov is the Ukrainian Champion in pastry arts and a two-time winner of the “Best Dessert of the Year in Ukraine” competition. He has previously held the position of brand chef at renowned establishments such as the Kseni Mademuasel pastry chain in the USA, the FM Group restaurant network, and “7 Continents” in Odesa. Additionally, Ruslan is the founder of multiple patisseries around the world, celebrated for his unique techniques and creative approach to dessert creation.

We are confident that Ruslan Vychyrov will bring extraordinary ideas and unmatched professionalism to our studio. We look forward to new culinary experiences and unforgettable desserts from our new brand chef!
